1. A kitchen scale! They're helpful for proper measuring and only cost about $20. We like this one.
2. You can batch cook/meal prep to make it more convenient! Check out stilltasty.com for recommendations on fresh/frozen storage.
3. We don't recommend "raw" diets - there's too much potential for foodborne illnesses. Cook proteins to recommended temps (165°F for chicken, 160° F for ground beef/pork)
